Daily Devotion
"Dear Friends:
Do you not discern and understand that you [the whole church at Corinth] are God's temple (Gods sanctuary, and that God's Sprit has a permanent dwelling in you [to be at home in you, collectively as a church and also individually] ?
1 Corinthians 3:16 (amp)
We might forget sometimes that we are representatives of Christ and the church. We are the ones the Spirit wants to permanently dwell with. God teach us to grow up spiritually so that we are able to share, build and create something great with you.

Daily Devotion
"Dear Friends:
Love does no wrong to one's neighbor [it never hurts anybody]. Therefore love meets all the requirements and is the fulfilling of the law.
Romans 13:10
There was a song some years ago that said Love is all you need. If you have ever experienced the power of someone's love you know it fills a need. But Gods love fills your life need which means it would benefit us to work on our relationship with God. After all I know God is always willing.

Daily Devotion
"Dear Friends:
Love bears up under anything and everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening].
1 Corinthians 13:7
Love believes the best, how come it is so hard for us to believe the best in the people we love? Could it be the baggage we carry around from past hurts, pains and broken places? Friends, love is not always easy but if we can just start with unpacking our garbage and let love in to those places we would be able to give more, and receive more. Love endures without weakening now that is powerful.

Be exceedingly glad on this account, though now for a little while you may be distressed by trials and suffer temptations.
1 Peter 1:6
Being glad about trials is difficult but remember it is through the trail that we grow and learn. (even if it is difficult) I also not that is going through and not being stuck that you see the Spirits guidance! Go Through to the Other side.

For we are not wrestling with flesh and blood [contending only with physical opponents], but against the despotism, against the powers, against [the master spirits who are] the world rulers of the present darkness against the spirit forces of wickedness in the heavenly (supernatural) sphere.
Ephesians 6:12 (amp)
When you take action toward serving God you realize that there is a Spiritual battle going on. We are told in the very next verse to put on Gods Spiritual armor. If we head into the battle without it then we risk so much, because the wrestling starts when we serve. Do you have Gods spiritual armor on?

Little children, let us not love [merely] in theory or in speech but in deed and in truth (in practice and in sincerity).
1 John 3:18
The spiritual practice of loving not because we have to, but because we are called to and actually want to is something that Jesus demonstrated for us. My prayer is that this spiritual practice would be at work in our daily lives. Starting today!!!!

Therefore, rejecting all falsity and being done now with it, let everyone express the truth with their neighbor, for we are all parts of one body and members one of another.
Ephesians 4:15
It is important that we seek and find out what is just, true and good and reject the negative, false and slanderous ways. This may take some work because so many times we see the negative instead of the positive. God teach us to express loving compassion with one another and be compassionate.
