Dear Friends:
Be unceasing in prayer [praying perseveringly]: Thank [God] in everything [no matter what the circumstances may be, be thankful and give thanks] for this is the will of God for you [who are] in Christ Jesus [the Revealer and the Mediator of that will].

It is not easy to praise God when negative things happen is it? At our Study last night we read about Job and how he would not curse God and in the end God blessed him. Many times we want the blessing of a double portion but are not willing to preserve or even pray through the difficulty. I encourage you today to persever in your time of prayer and to keep giving thanks!
